3 King Bedrooms: Comfortable mattresses surrounded with waterproof zipped mattress liners with quality sheets, bedding, and pillows.

2.5 Bathrooms: Sparkling Clean well stocked bathrooms including but not limited too: Bath Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand Soap, Windex, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Laundry Detergent, Pool Towels, and General Supplies are many of the perks guests appreciate in our “Feel at Home” and “Guest-centric vacation Designs” of amenities, services, and supplies offered to our guests.

Living Room: Large Smart TV with Netflix surrounded by chairs, love seat, and couch area adjacent to dining area, reading nook, office workspace, and kitchen. Backyard access is simple through the backdoor in the kitchen which leads to outdoor seating, gas grill, and our fully fenced back yard. Nook has twin pullout mattress and could sleep 2, with total sleeping accommodations of the property being 10 guests.

Equipped Kitchen: Guests prepare group and family meals with kitchen supplies including: Coffee Maker, Bean Grinder, Toaster, Ice Maker, Blender, Microwave, Dishwasher, Stove, Oven, Refrigerator, Plates, Cups, Glasses, Silverware, and Utensils etc…

Attached Garage: Huge Oversized 2 Stall Garage with plenty of room for free guest parking in the driveway, double wide street, and overflow parking lot.

Washer and Dryer are located on site for Laundry. Bluetooth speakers in our rooms for playing your favorite vacation jams. Games and Books located on the bookshelf and throughout the house.

Our entire Vacation Property is 1 level with easy access to our amenities including our community pool and hot tub. Living room has gas fireplace, attached garage includes opener for easy drive up access.

Our entire home, covered porches, fenced backyard, and all amenities are all included with this rental. Please make yourself at home!

Please treat our space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve issues ASAP, but there is no-one living onsite 24/7. We are a phone call away, and will interact as much or as little as you initiate. We have on-call housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services available for emergencies should anything be required.

If you notice something broken, please let us know. Reason being is to fix and maintain our property. We understand that life happens and things break, requiring maintenance. We love guests who assist with maintaining a “5 Star Experience.”
