Open floor plan designed for group vacations and interaction. Rooms and windows have magnificent views with each bedroom having privates entrances.
Master Suite has King Bed w/ private attached bathroom with backyard access to the attached covered porch.
3 Bedrooms: Comfortable mattresses surrounded with waterproof zipped mattress liners with quality sheets, bedding, and pillows.
3 Bathrooms: Clean and stocked with towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels.
Living Room: Large Smart TV with Netflix surrounded by couches adjacent to dining area, reading nook, office workspace, and kitchen with backyard access to outdoor seating, gas grill, and fully fenced yard. Couch has pullout mattress and can sleep 2 in the living room.
Massage Chair is included to use with this unit, located in a nook off the living room area centrally located. Guests LOVE this chair!
Kitchen: Equipped for group meals and includes: Coffee Maker, Bean Grinder, Toaster, Ice Maker, Blender, Microwave, Dishwasher, Stove, Oven, Refrigerator, Plates, Cups, Glasses, Silverware, and Utensils. Kitchen has high top counter with bar stools.
Garage: Attached Oversized 2 Stall Garage with plenty of room for large group parking in the driveway, street, and parking lot.

Our entire Vacation Property is 1 story with easy access to our amenities including our community Pool and Hottub. Living room has gas fireplace, attached garage includes opener for easy drive up access.

Our entire home, covered porch, fenced backyard, and all amenities are all included with this rental. Please make yourself at home.

Please remember you are staying in a vacation home, not a hotel.
Please treat our space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve issues ASAP, but there is no-one living onsite 24/7. We are a phone call away, and will interact as much or as little as you initiate. We have on-call housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services available for emergencies should anything be required.
If you notice something broken, please let us know. Reason being is to fix and maintain our property. We understand, life happens, things break, and maintenance is required. We love guests who assist with maintaining a “5 Star Experience”
