The space
Casa Violet gets its name from the deep desert colors inside the home. The furnishings are plush and comfortable. The art is local, southwest. The tile floors make it easy to keep clean, and the rugs make it feel like home. The pool and hot tub are located at the clubhouse, a short walk from the home. Close to excellent hikes and slickrock without going through town. Also close to town and City Market for your grocery needs.
Guest access
Casa Violet will be your private retreat. Be aware that the HOA does yard care and may enter the backyard during your stay.
Other things to note
There is a $150 housekeeping charge for each stay.
Propane for the gas grill may run out between guests or doing your stay. If you need this amenity please pay it forward. Take the tank and switch it out at the Shell service station you pass on your way to Casa Violet from town.
