The space
“Super Clean Private Home with Amazing Views and 5-Star Hospitality”
Open floor plan designed for group vacations and interaction. All rooms and windows having magnificent views of red rock cliffs and Moab Rim.
Master Suite has private attached bathroom with keyless backyard access to the attached covered porch.
4 Bedrooms: 2 King 2 Queen. Comfortable mattresses w/ waterproof zippered mattress protectors, quality sheets, bedding, and pillows. Bedrooms are equipped with sheers and blackout curtains for a great night’s sleep. Power strips on each side of every bed, with local artwork throughout our property.
2 Full Bathrooms: Clean and stocked with Ginger Lily Farms body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Quality toilet paper and bath towels are provided. Both bathrooms have curved shower rods, hair dryer, and extra towels.
Living Room: 70″ Large Smart TV with Netflix surrounded by leather couches adjacent to dining area with sliding glass door that leads outside. Leather couch has pullout mattress and can sleep 2 in the living room.
Kitchen: Equipped for group meals and includes Coffee Maker, Bean Grinder, Toaster, Ice Maker, Vitamix Blender, Microwave, Dishwasher, Stove, Oven, Refrigerator, Plates, Cups, Glasses, Silverware, and Utensils. Kitchen has high top counter with bar stools.
Back Covered Patio, fenced in yard, with comfortable couch seating and gas fire pit with amazing views of Moab Rim and La Sal Mountains.
Front Covered Patio: Adirondack Chairs for morning coffee and terrific view.
Garage: Attached 2 Stall Garage with Pressure Washer, Hose, Extension Cord, Blower, 5 Ton Jack, and 2 – 5 Ton Jack Stands.
Bluetooth Stereo System in the living room next to selection of 10+ Board Games, Cards, Books, and Puzzles.
Washer / Dryer Located in laundry room inside the garage, where you will also find Pool Toys, Weights, Coolers, and Fold up chairs.
